Orma

cattle keeping is a central aspect of the life of the Orma people. All of life focuses on the welfare of the cattle.Their distinct breed of the white, long-horned zebu cattle are among the finest in Africa.
The Orma are 99.9% Muslim. They converted to Islam starting three or four generations ago. They observe all the rites and festivals of Islam
Special ceremonies surround the birth of children which starts with dedication of the child up to seven years of age
Their wedding rituals are rich in Orma culture

The Taita people are settled in the taita hills which were the focus for religious activity and there are huge Rocks (Magamba), and caves known as 'Mbanga' that were considered very sacred places for the dead and for worship. Many groups still preserve their former sacred sites intact, where the skulls of the deceased are placed as reminders of the presence of the ancestors, and of the obligation owed by the living to the dead.
Traditionally, the Taita people liked expressing themselves in music. They had many interesting forms of traditional dances, the most fascinating of which was the spirit-possession dances called Mwazindika.
Their popular traditional cuisines include Kimanga (a mashed combination of beans plus either cassava, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, or bananas accompanied by mbangara, a Taita traditional drink made out of sugarcane, corn or cassava

The Turkana people ae involved in One of Kenya's top tourist attractions is the three-day festival held in June and takes place at Loiyangalani, Marsabit County. This festival features all nomadic communities in Northern Kenya.
The traditional clothing of the Turkana is very simple and consists in a cloth knotted on the shoulder, to form a sort of tunic, for men; while for women the dress is made from two pieces of cloth or leather wrapped around their waist and chest.
The Turkana have also very elaborate hairstyles, in particular women shave the hair on the sides of the head while in the center intertwine them and enrich them with a coat of beads and feathers; while as a fixative for the hairstyle they use animal fat and wood ash mixed together.
